Wznoszę pieśń, jego cześć, Asmodeusz, prowadź mnie
Kielich w kielich, toast wznieś, by zapomnieć
Kierat zatacza koło lecz kusi noc
Z bram już słychać dobrze znaną pieśń
Blask osiedlowych sklepów przyciąga jak ćmę
Musisz utopić krzyk który rozrywa Cię
Wznoszę pieśń, jego cześć, Asmodeusz, prowadź mnie
Kielich w kielich, toast wznieś, by zatracić się
Płynął historie, kłują bluźnierstwa
Zdychajcie skurwysyny, dla mnie wieszajcie sznur
W pijackim szale podnosisz oręż swój
Choć Jego ciężar pokona ciebie znów
Wznoszę pieśń, jego cześć, Asmodeusz, prowadź mnie
Kielich w kielich, toast wznieś, by upodlić się
Wznoszę pieśń, jego cześć, Asmodeusz, prowadź mnie
Nie ma nas, nie ma mnie, w górę kielich, czeka śmierć
Razem, wszyscy razem - wokół butelki chocholi taniec
Zbawcy, bohaterzy - z obszczanych melin
Nic już nie zmienimy - wszystko skończone
Więc zanieś, zanieś swój krzyż - na szklaną Golgotę!

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

The album description mentions an “emotional apex.” That’s really the difference between Stare and the band’s previous albums. Ulcerate was always supremely technically proficient. I just didn’t care all that much. Their growth has come from making music you will feel. Metallurgical Fire
Utterly indescribable new record from Greek metal band Locust Leaves features corkscrewing tempos, manic vocal shifts & dense arrangements. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 6, 2017
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
